Here are the steps for installation and use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Install BigPicture on your board:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/0.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: When clicking the BigPicture button for the first time many people, myself included, get an error \u201cIt seems you don&#039;t like our cookies\u201d. To do this, cookies must be activated according to the browser you use, following the simple steps described here: https:\/\/wiki.softwareplant.com\/display\/DOCUMENTATION\/Unauthorized+in+BigGantt+Cloud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Select the set of projects you want to manage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Once installed it is very easy to change it according to how you want to manage your projects. For example, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Group by tags<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Change colors to tasks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2-1.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>set durations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Create dependencies and delete them<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Place a marker like in Ms Project and change the time scale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/nataliabejar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/6.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When we have shared resources between projects, having a portfolio level view can help us a lot. With the configurations shown we can, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Visualize days in which a team member has many tasks and in different projects, which will allow us to modify our planning and level the effort.<ul><li>Easily configure the duration of tasks and map dependencies between tasks from different projects in the portfolio.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Validate if we have overdue tasks within the critical path.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The tools make our tasks and decisions easier for us, however, I consider it important to follow recommended practices, adapt them to our company and rely on the tools.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trello, es una herramienta usada para el manejo de un proyecto y su sencillez ha generado su adopci\u00f3n por empresas de todos los tama\u00f1os.
