It was a challenging, enriching and adventure-filled trip.

In order to tell you about this experience, let's see what a typical day at the university was like. My day began at 7 am, advancing the pending of the NGO that I manage with my husband, "Preservando".

Afterwards, we all went to the dining room to have breakfast and get ready for classes, which began at 9 am. The bus was waiting for us to take us to the auditorium, where we began with icebreakers and fun and very reflective dynamics related to the topic we had covered the day before.

The classes mixed theories, workshops and many practical cases. We had 6 classes a day, 90 minutes each, and in between we had two tea breaks and lunch. The content was interesting and we participated a lot.
