A poll shows that the 96% of Peruvian companies will continue to use the remote work modality. If you are part of that percentage, you have surely seen many new tools that "replace" our whiteboards and post-it. There are so many that it is difficult to choose the most complete. After having tried several at work, I selected Miro because it is super complete, it has more than 200 templates, more than 70 integrations, up to 200 collaborators can collaborate simultaneously and that is why the Fortune 100 95% has already used it.
In our day to day, we must innovate to find creative solutions to problems and/or needs of our users or clients.
Some cases in which I have used Miro as a Project Manager:
- Customer journey sessions to discover process pain and gains.
- Ideation sessions with brainstorming dynamics to have possible solutions to problems.
- Voting sessions to select the best technological alternative and the implementation time horizon.
- Sessions to map processes (if they are short, because if they are very complex processes it is better to use Visio).
It's a great tool for co-creating on remote teams, so in these videos we'll take a look at some of its features.
1. Miroverse Templates
Get inspired by the templates to create your own workshops. Search by keywords on the page miroverse

2. Main functionalities
Already in Miro, first, being a large screen it is important to know how to navigate it and explain it to the session attendees. Then, we will see how the insertion of post-it, emoticons and arrows can be done quite similar to a blackboard.

3. Features for the editor
As PM's, we will surely be moderators of the dynamics with these features to ensure a good experience in the tool. Among them: logging without the need to enter credentials, timer, blocking of elements, presentation mode and voting.
As you have seen in the videos, Miro is a very intuitive tool that has replaced whiteboards in remote environments. The most user-friendly features are achieved with the premium version, but you can also do good sessions with the free version.
Did you like Miro or are you a flipchart team?
