Starting to use Scrum is quite a challenge because it implies changing the way the team works and a change in the mindset of those involved. Undoubtedly, it is not an easy task, but this does not mean that we should not do it.
Jeff Sutherland, one of the creators of Scrum, in the book “The art of doing twice the work in half the time” (you can get the book at the following link) describes 11 steps to implement Scrum that I summarize below:

Although the eleven steps represent a summary view, they essentially show us the key aspects to consider.
